🕒 Processing & Handling Times
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer as our fulfillment centers prepare, inspect, and package your items.

⏳ In rare cases, delivery may take up to two weeks or longer depending on product availability, regional carrier delays, or inventory transfer schedules. This flexibility allows us to continue offering exceptional variety and competitive pricing.
📦 Order Fulfillment
Orders may ship in multiple packages to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Tracking information will be emailed once an item leaves our fulfillment center.
🚛 Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for deliveries.
The carrier is selected automatically based on your order size, weight, and location.
Currently, we ship to all U.S. states and territories.
International shipping is not available at this time.
📬 Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement on carrier sites.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
🛑 Lost or Delayed Packages
We do our best to assist in cases of delay or loss.
Please note that carrier delivery times may vary, especially during holidays or high-volume periods.
🎁 Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
Certain products are final sale and non-returnable due to hygiene or clearance restrictions. These include:

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@knackdup.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Guarantee Policy.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
Store credit may be issued for select cases to expedite future orders.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and frequent rotation, direct exchanges are not available.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order after your refund or credit is processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order enters the processing phase, we are unable to make changes.
